Wills & Trusts
Giving through a bequest, will or trust is a great way to support organizations important to you.
Make a bequest via your will or trust
A bequest is a simple way to leave a gift that will continue to support The Commons for years to come. Your gift to Community for The Commons will qualify your estate for a charitable deduction equal to the entire amount of the bequest. A bequest can be in the form of a dollar amount, specified asset, and/or a percentage of property remaining in your estate. A bequest can even be contingent upon an event or the existence of certain circumstances.
