Help your family, friends or coworkers to honor someone special by using our group adoptions tool. Here's how:
Just download, complete and return the "Adoption Application" below. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to discuss availability and location preferences for your adopted item(s). We will also create a Group Fundraising page and send you a link via email which you can then share with your family and friends. Thank you's will be sent automatically when people donate to your fundraiser.
Once you reach your fundraising goal, we will order your item (if necessary) and work with you to create a beautiful customizable plaque. We will also send you a list of those who donated.
Please note: If your fundraising goal is not met (or if donations exceed your goal), the funds raised will go towards the "Adoption Program Fund" at Community for The Commons. These funds will help us to maintain the vibrancy of the trees and park furniture for years to come. Donations are not refundable.
