​significant fundraising and lead-time with shorter-term, smaller improvements that can be visible to visitors and residents more rapidly.

​The Board also actively coordinates with the City of Excelsior, the Excelsior City Council, and Excelsior’s Park Commission, in an effort to ensure any Committee-led projects are complementary to initiatives already planned or underway.
